A family affair
Koloa Fish Market has been family owned and operated since its founding in 1994. The Matsuoka family created this market after Hurricane Iniki, nearly 30 years ago. Bert Matsuoka was the executive chef at the Sheraton hotel, and decided to branch off. The whole family became involved, and they are passionate about bringing fresh, delicious food to everyone on the island.
