It all started when my husband and I purchased our first vacation home more than 20 years ago in La Selva Beach, south of Santa Cruz, California.  A few years later we added a home in Kauai. As time went on, other family members and friends who purchased vacation properties asked me to manage their properties as well. Now I’m proud to represent five beautiful, unique, and welcoming townhomes/condominiums in Hawaii and California.

I am a professional real estate broker in the San Francisco Bay Area and have been for over 30 years. My philosophy has always been to provide the highest quality experience through exceptional customer service. This continues as our mission for The Best Beach Houses.

The guest experience is high quality in all of The Best Beach Houses. Each property has high-end furnishings and linens, a thoroughly equipped kitchen, luxury bath products, beach supplies, and many other items not found in standard vacation rentals. Each owner and I stay in our properties at least once a year, so they benefit from the special touches and attention only owners can provide. From my extensive travels, I know the feeling of walking into a beautiful, well-appointed property and the satisfaction of finding everything I need. I know what people want in a vacation property and it’s my goal to create a special experience for each and every guest.  

Of course, I cannot do all of this on my own!  Because of my longevity in the business, I have strong relationships with excellent and dependable local housekeeping and maintenance professionals who also treat each home as if it’s their own. 

I love to share my first-hand knowledge of the local areas, favorite things to do, restaurants to enjoy, and local points of interest—all of which I share with guests. The Best Beach Houses blog is another great source for Kauai travel tips. Each home is maintained to the same high level as my own personal properties and each guest is treated as though they are on a once-in-a-lifetime vacation.
