Puka dogs consist of a soft bun with a puka (Hawaiian for “hole”) in one end, which is stuffed with a polish hot dog (or veggie dog!), and a selection of secret sauces, such as garlic lemon sauce and tropical relishes. Puka Dog is one of the best quick bites you can get right on Poipu Beach!
